HOW TO PLAY POKER

In regular play, the players rotate the right to deal a hand and this is marked by a token called dealer button (or Buck). There is a house dealer who handles the card for hand and the button, which is a white plastic disk, is rotated clockwise among the players to indicate normal deals to determine the order of betting. The cards are clockwise in order around the poker table.

One or more players make bets, which is either an ante, or a blind bet, and then the one who is dealer shuffles the card to players on their chairs to their right cuts. Finally, the dealer deals appropriate number of cards to the player one at a time from left hand side. The card position depends on the type of poker variant being played and can consist of either face-up or face down. The first betting begins after the initial deal. In between, players deal by dealing additional cards or replacing previously dealt cards. All the bets are gathered into central pot at the end.

At any time during a betting if one player bets and no one choose to call instead opponents fold, then no card is required to be shown and the better is awarded the pot. Sometimes this leads to bluffing.

At the end of last betting round if more than one player remains, there is a showdown in which players show their previously hidden cards. The player with best hand wins the pot.
